All students (exchange, degree, PhD) are encouraged to raise questions, any grievances or complaints with an appropriate member of staff at the earliest opportunity. Grievances or complaints that are dealt with informally at an early stage have the best chance of being resolved effectively.

When an informal grievance or complaint has failed to resolve the problem, students can start a formal complaint procedure.
