What to expect?

Team International Support opens an online Microsoft Teams session where you can ask us questions.

Use the chat function, or even better put on your party hat and camera, and ask your question.

Walk-in session

Missed the Welcome Day? Or do you still have questions about registration at the migration office, health insurance, certificate of arrival, bank account, …. ? Keep in mind: academic questions can be asked at the faculty.

Pre-arrival walk-in

Team International Support opens its virtual office and will (try to) answer all kind of questions you may have on your arrival in Ghent. Keep in mind: academic questions are better asked at the faculty.
