Use the chat function, or even better put on your party hat and camera, and ask your question.
Team International Support opens its virtual office and will (try to) answer all kind of questions you may have on your arrival in Ghent. Keep in mind: academic questions are better asked at the faculty.

These sessions are meant for exchange students applying for next spring semester at Ghent University. Remember that the application deadline was November 15th.
