Team International Support opens an online Microsoft Teams session where you can ask us questions. Use the chat function, or even better put on your party hat and camera, and ask your question.

This webinar will be recorded and shared here afterwards. If you attend, please be aware of this. Therefore camera has been turned off, you can attend anonymous if you prefer.
Housing Q&A sessions for rooms in 2026-2027
Team International Support opens its virtual office and will (try to) answer all kind of questions you may have on your arrival in Ghent. Keep in mind: academic questions are better asked at the faculty.
Dates in August and September to be announced
These sessions are meant for exchange students applying for next fall semester, or a year, at Ghent University. Deadline for application is 15 May.
Gather all your questions on the exchang application, and join us to ask your question(s). Feel free to walk in at any time during these meetings. No need to stay for the complete session.
Please note: questions on academic matters should be asked at the faculty IRO (questions on courses, exams,…)
