Connect with fellow international students, meet Team International Support and other UGent services, grab your free tote bag, and get a real feel for university life at UGent.

Information sessions designed specifically for international students

We'll guide you through everything you need to know to kick off your UGent journey. Sessions run at:

• 10:00 AM
• 12:00 PM
• 2:00 PM
• 4:00 PM

(it’s the same session every run, no need to schedule 2 sessions)

Drop in whenever works best for you! Running a bit late? No worries – grab a drink and chat with our team or partners while you wait for the next session.

Free Ghent University tote bag

Pick up your free tote bag during your visit at the Student Center booth.

Team International Support is handing out the free totebags to newly arriving international students.

If you can’t make it to the Welcome Day, no worries: you can pick it up during the Open Office days. Choose the day which suits you best and register for the pick-up. You’ll find us in the Student Centre.
