Welcome Days information session

Team International Support welcomes students arriving at Ghent University. Your faculty is organizing welcome sessions as well on Friday (more information below!)

What can you expect?

• Browse the infomarket. Welcome throughout the day from 10am until 5pm. Open access. Many partners will be present and will be glad to answer your questions about bike rental, housing, health insurance,….
• Information session (about 30 minutes): At 10am - 1pm and 3pm. No registration required. Attend one of the three sessions and learn everything about registration with the migration office, health insurance and much more.
• Pick up your welcome bag at the desk of Team International Support. QR-code required > You will be able to register for collecting your bag in the invitation email you receive.
• Have a chat and coffee with us. If you have questions just ask away!
