The International Support Team welcomes students arriving at Ghent University in Het Pand. Your faculty is organizing welcome sessions as well, mostly on Friday.
International Support Team sessions were scheduled on Wednesday + Thursday.
In case you didn’t make it to our Welcome sessions, you can check the presentation and you can pick up the goodie bag in our office on the following days.
Monday 2 October 2023: 10.00 - 12.00 and 14.00 - 16.00
Tuesday 3 October 2023: 14.00 - 16.00 13.00 - 14.30 (changed due to meeting)
Thursday 5 October 2023: 10.00 - 12.00 and 14.00 - 16.00
You can’t make to these open office days? Your faculty will have the goodie bag after 6 October.
